No insurance? No problem! We offer annual membership plans that cover all preventive care for the year starting at just $24/mo!
Our doctors are highly-trained and handle everything from routine exams to implants and full mouth rehabilitations.
*All other treatment will be at a 20-30% discount per FDC in house Discount Plan Fee schedule
*Additional Perio Maintenance appointments will be paid at the discounted rate
